SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Areas

Eradus Wines Limited currently ships within New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:

  • North Island: 2-4 business days
  • South Island: 1-3 business days
    Rural addresses may require an additional 1-2 business days.

Please note that during busy periods (e.g. public holidays, promotions, or adverse weather), delivery times may be extended. We will contact you if significant delays occur.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Orders over $X may qualify for free shipping within New Zealand (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

5. Age Restriction & Delivery Requirements

Eradus Wines Limited sells alcohol and complies fully with New Zealand liquor licensing laws.

  • All wine orders must be signed for by a person aged 18 years or over.
  • Couriers are not permitted to leave wine unattended or at the door, even if you have given “authority to leave” instructions.
  • If no adult is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a card-to-call with instructions for redelivery or collection from the nearest depot.
  • Proof of age (e.g. driver's licence, passport, or Kiwi Access card) may be required at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if a valid form of ID cannot be provided or if no adult is present to receive the order.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@eraduswines.co.nz with your order number and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Risk & Title

Ownership of goods passes to you upon full payment. Risk in the goods passes upon delivery to an adult (18+) at the specified address.

8. Changes or Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
